Return Period
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. This return policy applies to purchases made directly through our website or by contacting us directly.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be in its original, unused condition
- The item must be in its original packaging
- All tags, labels, and certificates of authenticity must be included
- The return must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
- You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Items that show signs of wear, damage, or use beyond normal inspection may be refused or subject to a restocking fee.
Return Shipping Costs
If you are returning an item due to our error (wrong item sent, defective item, or damage during shipping), we will cover the return shipping costs. In all other cases, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
Return Process

- We will send you a return authorization number and return address
- Package the item securely in its original packaging
- Include the return authorization number with your shipment

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom or personalized items made specifically for you
- Items that have been used, damaged, or altered
- Items returned without original packaging
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Limited edition items that have been removed from their original packaging
General Legal Requirements
This return policy complies with applicable consumer protection laws. If you are located in a jurisdiction that provides additional return rights, those rights are in addition to the terms outlined here.
For customers in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire 14 days after the day you receive the goods.
Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel an order before it has been shipped, please contact us immediately. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must be returned according to our return policy.
For custom orders, cancellation may be subject to fees depending on the stage of production. We will discuss any applicable fees before processing the cancellation.
Refund Procedure
If your return is approved, we will process your refund within 10 business days of receiving the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. For payments made by credit or debit card, refunds will appear on your statement within 5-10 business days after we process the refund, depending on your financial institution's processing time.

- Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account after processing
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
- Restocking fees may apply to items returned in non-original condition

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
